There's a saying in Tika Tika. "With each blessing, comes an illness". Erromith and Daykomish couldn't have a child for years and Erromith always wanted an heir for his kingdom. A witch offered them a blessing, a way for them to have a child, a kid that would become a prince and a lord, but he warned them from a future illness. As bad as they wanted a child, they accepted the blessing and nothing happened... but once the child came to life, the mother died giving birth. Erromith (Undead 045) never accepted the kid as his own and turned his back on his own son.

Kebleth is a forgotten city, only visible to those that believe in its existence. You won't see this giant city unless you believe in the idea of Kebleth being a thing. Some do, some don't, but when the balance gets thrown, the mountains chip away.
